Translation Fees
Translations fees are based on the word count of the entire document. The fee for each word is 12-15 cents (USD). Names and numbers are not included in the word count. If the document contains graphics, charts or tables, the rate will increase in proportion with the work necessary to do the translation. Fees for interpreting and other services are available upon request. In order to offer accurate and consistent translations, each project is translated by content, style and with cultural difference in mind. Each project is reviewed a minimum of 3 times to ensure accuracy. In addition, our prompt turnaround guarantees the documents to be translated on time. The turnaround time is based on each document's length and intricacy. Each translation project is unique therefore the length of time for completion is varied. *Fees for interpreting and other services are available upon request.
